I founded First Path Careers on a simple observation: most career guidance doesn't go nearly far enough.

Generic career coaching tends to rely on conversation and intuition. What's missing is a rigorous, structured assessment that actually reveals how a person is wired — their authentic interests, their natural working style, their core professional values — and matches that profile against the real demands and opportunities of today's labour market.

I spent 25 years as a registered psychologist specializing in assessment — clinical, neuropsychological, psychovocational, and vocational rehabilitation. Throughout that time, helping people understand who they are and where they genuinely fit in the working world was consistently the most meaningful part of my work.
